Dear Business Professional,
I am interested in importing, marketing your special products which I believe you manufacture or deal with in some capacity. If you are not already exporting this product to the United States, or from the United States Worldwide in the Global Marketplace, may I offer you the services of our agency ? As an import agent based in the United States I am ideally placed to locate buyers on your behalf. If you agree to allow me to help promote your product I shall need to negotiate an agreement to allow me the distribution rights for the United States. See Agreement-Please just enter company name, adress, phone and email it to us.
I will also need leaflets or other promotional literature which could be used to introduce your product to prospective buyers. CD'S IF YOU HAVE THEM AVAILABLE.
I should also need a commission, payable at a rate agreed between us, to be paid by you on completion of any orders from all buyers within the U.S..NORMALLY 7-15%. START UP FEES ARE CURRENTY WAIVED.
Payments from your Buyers would be in advance by irrevocable letter of credit, so that there would be no risk of non-payment at any time. YOU WOULD INSTRUCT UPON THIS MATTER USUALLY WIRE TRANSFER.
Naturally, every possible source of contact and connection with buyers would be used, and you would be assured of every possible co-operation from my small but efficient agency. I introduce the buyer to the seller and the seller to the buyer.
