any photos if applicable and the funding amount needed, (Including 7% to cover
Commissions and Fees). Be prepared to submit to interested investors your business plan as well for the joint venture.

PROCEDURE
If a Broker has a listing on a property and wants to advertise it with us, the following is required:
1. Pertinent information
2. Color photos of the property (preferred - Instructions to submit Photos are listed on the form)
3. Permission to advertise.
4. Indication if the price is net or if it includes the above-mentioned
commission.
In addition, for your convenience, a simple investment advertisement submittal form has been developed - See below.
The requested Synopsis is required - submit a Synopsis of your listing the way you would like your Ad to read. If acceptable by us, we will insert it in the Marketing Web sites accordingly. (If English is not your language, do your best, we will revise your text to read well).
